I found Snack! through Instagram’s suggested accounts, and I am happy their algorithm finally did a good job!

I decided to visit them on a Saturday which was also a national holiday and I wasn’t really sure if they were working (also, didn’t reply to my DM). I am glad I made the trip because they were working!

Took my usual cappuccino (good, but a tad bit too milky) and I got talking with the barista. The coffee shop has opened only recently, but the roastery behind it has been around for a few years now.

I got myself a bag of Ethiopian beans (there was none of their Geisha available at the time, unfortunately), a bar of La Feve’s crackling pecan chocolate bar and I was on my merry way.

The coffee shop itself is located on a boulevard that runs parallel to the city’s river, also named Maritsa. So you can grab your coffee and enjoy walking next to the river or just sit and listen to the birds and frogs.

If you’re in for a filter brew - you can get an Origami drip done and soon they will be launching cold brew options.

Love their yellow packaging and I will be sure to visit them again, and so should you - if you’re in town.
