I am always very excited when a new specialty coffee shop is opened in our country. This is the case with Sapiens’ team from Ruse.

Personally, I haven’t yet been to Ruse but here’s another reason why I will definitely plan a family weekend trip there.

For now, here’s what you can expect at Sapiens:

• Brunch menu, updated regularly

• Blue Bag and Mabò coffees, although they are experimenting with other brands as well

• Fridays and Saturdays are “Party evenings” with their special cocktail menu

They recommend the masala chai and cascara tea as must-try when you visit.
