First Coffee Factory is a roastery-first coffee shop where you can also drink a delicious cup of coffee.

They are located a bit outside of Sofia but you can plan a trip there for the whole experience. I mean, how often do you get to visit a coffee roaster?!

FCF works mainly with specialty-grade coffees (90+ points) that they sell on-site. You can enroll in barista-certification courses or buy high-quality equipment from them.

What the team is most proud of is their selection of specialty-grade Panamanian coffees. And that’s what they recommend you to try.
