A hidden gem located in the center of the city! I found Martines through a workshop that the team was hosting on Anaerobic processed coffees late last year (2022) and since then, I’ve become a big fan of their work.

If you’re looking for delicious beans, great attention to the customer’s taste preferences and needs and just overall great vibe, then you have to come to the right place.

The coffee bar offers anything you can think of in terms of preparation methods and espresso-based drinks (apart from flavored drinks, those you won’t find). You can also ask for a specific coffee to be brewed for your pour-over.

And the coolest part - it’s the first coffee shop in the country to brew your espresso with the infamous Paragon (chilled ball - look it up, if you’re interested).

If you’re looking for a bite - the local’s favorite are the brownie bites but you can find on a regular rotation things such as blueberry muffins and apple pie.

Last but not least, you can buy in-house roasted beans, coffee-making equipment or attend any upcoming workshops.

My personal recommendation - try a Chemex pour-over and then buy the beans for home ;)
