Dabov Specialty Coffee are the OG’s of specialty coffee in Bulgaria.

This was their 2nd café location in Sofia and personally, I couldn’t be happier as it is right next to where my parents live.

This particular place is very cute, as it has a 2nd floor overlooking a busy intersection called “The 5 corners” and it offers a sense of detachment from the world’s worries and busyness. Keep in mind that the place is not remote-work friendly but if you want to grab a copy of the latest Standart magazine or read one of your own - you’re in the right place.

The brand roasts their own coffee and that is what you will find here on offer. Along with coffee-of-the-month there are many single-origin Arabica's and blends for any taste.

I frequently get cappuccino’s from this location but they have something for everyone.
