Founded in 2015 this is Dabov’s first location (I like to call it Dabov HQ) and the place where my coffee journey also began.

Located in a central but quiet street, it’s a must-visit for all coffee lovers.

The baristas are very polite and knowledgeable and they do make incredible coffee. I trust their recommendations, whenever they give them out, completely.

Recently, I had a need for a cold coffee and they recommended an espresso tonic but what surprised me was the option to choose what kind of tonic I’d like to go with the espresso. They recommended a pink grapefruit one - it was spot on.

Naturally, this is my recommendation here as well.

There’s indoor seating available, as well as outside during warmer months.
